How do I get into my apartment?
Residence opening hours are shown on the "residence" tab. You can enter your apartment from 3 pm. Apartments must be vacated by 10.30 am on the check-out date.
You may arrive outside of opening hours. However, the process to follow is different. Please contact the residence to find out how to proceed.
